Service Description
Aurinzo provides salon management software for bookings, customer records, staff and service management, invoices, payments, reports, and communication workflows for salons and related businesses.
Subscription Plans and Trial Usage
Access may be offered through paid subscription plans, promotional plans, coupons, or trial usage. Trial access, coupon availability, plan pricing, plan features, and promotional benefits can be limited, modified, or withdrawn. Paid subscriptions continue for the selected billing cycle unless cancelled, suspended, or terminated according to these terms.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account and billing information, keep login credentials confidential, obtain required consent before entering customer or staff data, and use Aurinzo only for lawful business purposes.
Acceptable Usage
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, send spam, violate communication laws, or interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.
Account Suspension and Non-Payment
Aurinzo may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, suspected misuse, security risk, policy violations, or legal requirements. Non-payment may result in disabled features, suspended access, delayed support, or termination after reasonable notice where applicable.
WhatsApp Automation and Third-Party Dependencies
WhatsApp automation depends on Meta WhatsApp services, approved templates, delivery policies, recipient consent, active connection setup, and provider availability. Razorpay, Meta WhatsApp, email providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services may change, interrupt, or limit their services. Aurinzo is not liable for failures caused by third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurinzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, data loss, or missed bookings. Aurinzo's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected subscription period.
Intellectual Property
Aurinzo, its software, design, workflows, trademarks, and platform materials remain the property of Aurinzo or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their business data and grant Aurinzo the limited right to process it for providing the service.
Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service according to the applicable plan and these terms. Upon termination, access may be disabled and data may be retained, exported, deleted, or anonymized according to Aurinzo's retention practices and legal duties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
