Monthly SaaS Subscription
Aurinzo is offered as a monthly SaaS subscription. Subscription fees are charged for access to the platform and related services during the selected billing period. Free trials and coupons may be offered from time to time and are applied according to the active plan and promotion rules shown during checkout.
No Refund After Activation
Once a subscription is activated, subscription fees are non-refundable for that billing period, including cases of partial usage, non-usage, or voluntary cancellation.
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate payments for the same subscription period are eligible for refund after verification. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider.
Coupons and Promotions
Coupons reduce the payable subscription amount at checkout when valid. Coupon value is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, and is not refunded separately after subscription activation.
Failed Transactions
Failed transactions are generally handled automatically by the payment provider or bank. If an amount is debited for a failed transaction, it is usually reversed by the payment ecosystem according to their timelines.
